Oh mate, what a treat! The proper friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the spacious shower? Bliss! Only downside was the lack of close-by eateries on a Sunday. Still, I’d be back for a cheeky wine anytime!

The spacious large double room featured elegant design and massive windows, providing a bright and airy atmosphere. The breakfast offered a lovely selection, including homemade jams and various charcuterie, though perhaps slightly lacking in hearty options. The staff stood out with their warm hospitality, ensuring a welcoming environment. Unfortunately, noise from the upper floor guests disrupted my sleep, and restaurant options nearby were limited, particularly on a Sunday.

We loved being just a short walk from the Giant Ferris Wheel, which was an absolute hit with the kids. Our family room was spacious, giving everyone the comfort and room to unwind after a busy day. The breakfast buffet was a feast with plenty of options for all ages.
My wife says that more family-friendly dining options nearby would be appreciated.

Had a fantastic time with friends! Our family room was great for privacy and space, perfect after exploring the Opera and the Hofburg. Loved the breakfast selection and friendly service. Remember, kids up to 12 can stay in their parents' room!
We did hear some noise from the guests above, which was a bit disruptive at night.

comfortable stay but noisy nights
The room had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The bed was exceptionally comfy, allowing for a good night's rest. I enjoyed the lovely city view from my window, which added a nice touch to my experience.
Unfortunately, noise from upper floor guests made it difficult to enjoy peaceful nights.
